Position Overview The Data Analytics Technical Expert provides executive-level analytics leadership, business intelligence expertise, and strategic guidance supporting enterprise analytics, performance management, and decision support capabilities. Responsibilities Lead analytics modernization initiatives. Direct business intelligence and data visualization efforts. Oversee performance measurement and reporting frameworks. Support project portfolio management and analytics governance. Conduct strategic analyses supporting mission objectives. Guide teams in the development of advanced reporting and dashboard solutions. Present findings to executive stakeholders. Required Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or related field. CSPO, DHS Mid-Level Project Management Certification, or equivalent. 10 years of relevant experience, or 5 years with a Master's degree. Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams. Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work. Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint. Clearance Requirements Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements. Ability to obtain Public Trust prior to hire and maintain during employment is required. Work Location: Hybrid - USCG HQ (DHS St. Elizabeth's Campus in D.C.) Hybrid work schedule with periodic onsite support. Our company prioritizes the benefits of flexibility and collaboration, whether that happens in person or remotely. If this position is assigned to a Pantheon Data office location or client site, you'll work with colleagues and clients in person, as needed for specific client requirements. Compensation The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $200,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
