Role Description The Data Annotator role is a full-time remote position focused on preparing high-quality labeled data sets for use in AI and machine learning projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing text, image, audio, or video data, applying predefined labels and tags, and ensuring consistency with detailed annotation guidelines. - Proficiency with digital tools and platforms (spreadsheets, web-based annotation tools, issue trackers) and comfort working in a remote, tech-driven environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to raise questions, report issues, and document findings clearly.
- Ability to meet productivity and quality targets, work independently with minimal supervision, and collaborate with cross-functional, distributed teams.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, or related disciplines) is a plus.
