  • Lead project communications, including conference calls, technical reviews, and status reporting.
  • Oversee and coordinate complex data centre installations, migrations, and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across compute, storage, network, and facilities components.
  • Coordinate cabling, rack-and-stack, power provisioning, cooling requirements, and physical data centre readiness activities.
  • Work closely with data centre operations teams to plan and execute change windows, maintenance events, and deployment schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with data centre security, access control procedures, and operational standards.
  • Track hardware procurement, delivery schedules, asset lifecycle, and vendor service activities.
  • Report and escalate all observed problems through appropriate operational channels.
  • Manage change and release communications to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Create clear and concise operational playbooks, technical documentation, and handover materials.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours when required (e.g., maintenance windows, go-lives).

Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of project delivery management experience.
  • Minimum 5 years supporting and/or delivering field services for hardware and software products.
  • Strong knowledge of data centre environments, including servers, networking, storage, cabling, power, cooling and physical security.
  • Proven track record managing data centre migrations, deployments, or large-scale infrastructure rollouts.
  • Experienced in coordinating global, cross-functional technical teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and customer-facing skills.
  • Strong organisational ability with the capacity to multitask and operate with minimal supervision.
  • PMP certification preferred.
