Data Delivery Manager

Lead cloud data delivery for complex, client-facing programs.

We are seeking a Data Delivery Manager. You will own end-to-end delivery for data and analytics programs as teams modernize platforms toward multi-cloud. You keep work moving across multiple workstreams, align stakeholders and make delivery predictable.

You bring a technical foundation in data engineering and cloud. You help teams improve quality and reliability through strong delivery governance, automation and clear risk management, with growing focus on AI-enabled data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across data and analytics workstreams for assigned accounts
• Coordinate day-to-day execution across teams, stakeholders, dependencies and blockers
• Track progress, delivery health and productivity, driving continuous improvement
• Lead delivery governance including planning, estimation, reporting and risk management
• Manage delivery escalations, expectations and communication with client and leadership
• Partner with engineering leads to ensure architecture and implementation meet quality standards
• Plan resourcing needs, onboarding and role alignment to the delivery roadmap
• Support proposals and statements of work, contributing delivery and technical input when needed

Requirements

• Technical background in Data and Analytics delivery across complex programs
• Data platform engineering knowledge across ingestion, storage, processing, integration and consumption for batch and streaming
• Cloud platform experience with Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Big data ecosystem familiarity such as Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, Hadoop or Hive
• Agile delivery expertise with the ability to apply fit-for-purpose delivery models
• Stakeholder management strength with confidence presenting to small and large groups
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Security awareness related to data platforms and data access controls

Nice to have

• Experience leading on-premises to cloud data migration programs
• Hands-on exposure to Python or Scala in data engineering contexts
• Experience supporting AI-enabled data solutions or applied machine learning delivery
