What you'll be doing
• Operating and further developing internal migration tools to optimize data processes
• Planning and executing complex migration projects in coordination with interdisciplinary teams
• Ensuring data integrity and security throughout the entire migration lifecycle
• Conducting comprehensive testing and validation to ensure error-free transitions
• Documenting migration workflows and participating in on-call rotations to ensure operational stability
What we're looking for
• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related technical field
• Extensive professional experience in data migration with strong SQL and MSSQL SSIS skills
• Proficiency in Python programming and a willingness to work with JSON, Mirth, and HL7 standards
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for complex technical scenarios
• Professional fluency in both German and English with a collaborative and independent work style
