Our mission is simple: put users first, cut the nonsense, and build a product that earns trust every step of the way.

We’re looking for a Data Engineer to help us build and maintain reliable data pipelines, data models, and processes that support reporting, analytics, and business decision-making.

You’ll work closely with Engineering and business stakeholders to understand data needs, improve existing data processes, and help shape a scalable and reliable data environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for loading data from different sources into the DWH.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, and business stakeholders, to define and understand data requirements.
  • Data Modeling and Transformation: Design and implement effective data models that support business needs, enabling high-quality reporting and downstream analytics.
  • Ensuring Data Quality: Develop and apply data quality checks, validation frameworks, and monitoring to ensure the consistency, accuracy, and reliability of data.
  • Performance and Efficiency: Identify and address performance issues in pipelines, queries, and data storage. Suggest and implement optimizations that enhance speed and reliability.
  • Optimize and fine-tune existing data processes for improved performance.
  • Create and maintain reports on regulatory requirements and internal business needs.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance data processing and storage capabilities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a data warehouse engineering or related role.
  • Experience with cloud data warehousing technologies, such as Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, or Google BigQuery.
  • Good programming skills in Python.
  • Proficiency with SQL and data modelling.
  • Experience with pipeline orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Dagster).
  • Experience working with Git.
  • A growth mindset - enthusiastic about learning new tools, sharing knowledge, and improving team practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fluency in English.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with stream processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Kafka).
  • Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Understanding of CI/CD principles and experience implementing automated deployment processes.
  • Experience with DBT.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and annual performance bonus.
  • Premium health insurance.
  • Up to 25 days paid annual leave
  • 1 work-from-home day per week.
  • Opportunity to grow within a dynamic international company.
  • A collaborative, fun, and forward-thinking work culture.

If you're ready to bring your energy, curiosity, and attention to detail into a fast-moving, player-first environment – we'd love to meet you.
