■募集の背景

事業拡大に伴い、各プロダクトに散らばるデータの統合と共通マスタ化が急務となっています。分析用途に留まらず、将来的なAI活用を見据えた「プロダクトとしてのデータ基盤」を構築するため、専任メンバーを募集します。

■職務内容

・プロダクト横断で利用されるデータ基盤の設計・構築・運用

・各プロダクトへのデータ配信・同期フローの改善（安定性・速度向上）

・求人データを中心とした共通マスタ設計およびデータ定義

・将来的な機械学習活用を見据えたデータガバナンスの策定

■必須要件

・BigQuery, Redshift, SnowflakeなどのクラウドDWHを用いた実務経験

・強いオーナーシップを持ち、自走して課題解決を推進できる能力

・ビジネスレベルの日本語力（他部署との円滑な連携が必要なため）

Role:

Data Engineer / Analytics Infrastructure Engineer

What you will do:

- Design, build, and operate a cross-product data infrastructure.

- Optimize data synchronization and delivery flows across multiple services.

- Define common master data and ensure high data quality/governance.

- Develop infrastructure for future AI/ML and advanced data analytics.

What you need:

- Professional experience with Cloud DWH (BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift).

- Strong ownership and the ability to drive complex technical projects independently.

- Business-level Japanese for cross-functional collaboration with product and business teams.
