Are you ready to join us? Your Role Work closely with analysts, stakeholders, and engineers to design, build, and improve modeled data workflows. Build and maintain backend services, data pipelines, AI agents, and workflow orchestration systems. Standardize and consolidate fragmented workflows and standalone tools into a centralized platform. Support, maintain, and continuously improve production-grade internal tools and workflows. Contribute to platform architecture, operational reliability, and the continuous automation and optimization of analytical workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate evolving business and analyst/researcher requirements into practical technical solutions. Your Profile Strong Python skills with experience in backend systems, data pipelines, workflow automation, or internal tooling Hands-on experience developing AI-powered applications using LLMs, AI agents, and modern AI APIs. Solid understanding of SQL, databases, and data modeling concepts Experience with Git and writing clean, maintainable, and well-structured code Familiarity with workflow orchestration and general data engineering concepts Understanding of containerization and cloud environments, such as Docker or AWS, is a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-evolving environment and adapt to changing technologies and business requirements.
