Key Responsibilities：

负责 Lakehouse 平台架构设计与实施

设计和开发数据集成、数据处理及数据管道解决方案

基于 PySpark 构建和优化数据平台

推动数据质量、性能优化及问题排查

指导和培养数据工程团队成员

与客户及项目团队协同推进项目交付

Requirements：

7年以上数据工程相关经验

具备团队管理或技术带领经验

精通 Python、PySpark、SQL

熟悉 Lakehouse Architecture 和 Data Lake/Data Warehouse

具有 Azure Databricks、ADF、ADLS 项目经验

具备 CDC、Streaming、Batch Processing 等相关经验

具备良好的沟通及客户协作能力

Preferred

Microsoft Fabric、Azure Synapse Analytics

Delta Lake、Apache Kafka

Azure DevOps、CI/CD、IaC

数据平台现代化或迁移项目经验

Azure 或 Databricks 认证
