Job Description:
We are looking for a Utility Interconnections Specialist. You will manage data entry and document uploads for utility provider portals. This role focuses on two main project stages: the conditional approval process and the post-installation agreement process. The job requires accurate and timely data entry to keep projects moving forward.
Responsibilities of the role:
• Input project data into five to six different utility company portals.
• Complete the conditional approval process by entering project details. This takes about 15–30 minutes per project.
• After construction, upload additional data and required documents for the post-installation agreement. This takes about 40 minutes per project.
• Ensure all entries are accurate and complete for timely approval.
• Maintain organized digital records of all submissions.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• No prior background experience is required.
• You must have strong attention to detail.
• You must be able to follow structured processes.
• You need basic computer skills and be familiar with online portals.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with data entry in CRM or portal-based systems.
• Familiarity with utility or construction-related documents.
Personality:
• You must be highly detail-oriented and organized.
• You should be consistent, reliable, and able to work independently.
• You must be comfortable handling repetitive data entry tasks.
Software & Tools:
