Data Entry Analyst

About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our Service Data team. The role combines logistics administration, data management, warehouse support, and customer service activities. You will play a key role in ensuring the accurate processing of inbound and outbound logistics transactions while acting as a bridge between customers, warehouses, transport providers, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Process and maintain logistics and warehouse-related data within company systems Create, update, and validate inbound and outbound orders Review transport and shipping documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness Monitor shipment status and update customers and stakeholders as required Coordinate with warehouses, transport providers, customs agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of operations Manage shared mailboxes and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner Maintain operational trackers, reports, and supporting documentation Follow established procedures and service level agreements to ensure data quality and operational excellence Identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and proactively drive resolution Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and service quality Education: University Degree, preferably in a discipline involving numbers and/or logical thinking The number of years of experience required: Experience of min 1 years of experience in work in logistics, back-office operations and or accounting functions Experience in a Shared services center environment is an advantage We will consider a lower experience in lieu of skillsets and attitude.
