Data Entry Analyst / Data Analyst / Data Management Analyst

Role Description This full-time remote role as a Data Entry Analyst / Data Analyst / Data Management Analyst focuses on accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in various systems and databases. The role involves reviewing source documents for completeness, validating data for accuracy, and reconciling discrepancies in a timely manner. The analyst will generate basic reports, assist with data quality checks, and support data-related requests from internal stakeholders. Daily responsibilities also include organizing digital records, following established data management procedures, and collaborating with team members and customers to resolve data issues while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders and respond to inquiries clearly and professionally.
• Candidates should possess proficient Typing and Computer Literacy skills to enter data quickly and accurately, navigate multiple software systems, and manage digital files and records.
• Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance skills to organize tasks, manage documentation, and support routine data management workflows.
• Candidates should have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow standardized procedures and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Experience with spreadsheets, data entry tools, or basic data analysis software is beneficial, as is prior experience in data-focused, administrative, or customer support roles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional coursework or certification in data management, office administration, or information technology is a plus.
