As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patient records are up-to-date and accurate, allowing our team to provide the best possible care.

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at Woodland Dental Group, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while making a meaningful impact on our practice. Your responsibilities will include:

• Accurately entering patient information into our electronic records system

• Updating and maintaining patient records with any changes or additional information

• Organizing and filing electronic records for easy retrieval

• Collaborating with other team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency

• Following all HIPAA guidelines and maintaining patient confidentiality

• Participating in training and educational opportunities to improve skills and knowledge

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Relevant experience in data entry or a similar administrative role

• Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems

• Excellent typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus, but not required
