Data Entry Specialist

Fortune 500 company looking to bring on a Vendor Management Risk Analyst. This is a 12+ month contract role, with the possibility of converting over full time. 2 interviews Remote role (EST) This is primarily a data entry role. Knowledge of vendor contracts is a huge plus. Must be able to work on a W2 basis, without future sponsorship. Please, do not apply to this role on a third party basis. The candidate will be working with the Technology Vendor Relationship Team and will be responsible supporting them for performing comprehensive due diligence on auto- renewing contracts with existing vendors. This due diligence involves : confirming funding sources, confirming Technology is on the approved list for use, updating Vendor Risk assessments with Business Partners, and ensuring Contracts or Service Orders have sufficient data points. In addition the position is responsible for: data entry for missing Vendor information in the Vendor Database, obtaining vendor deliverables and reviewing for completeness, and working with Business Partners to complete or update Risk Assessments. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage their deadlines, communicate effectively to all levels of management both internally and externally. In addition, advanced Excel skills, power point and excellent written skills are a must.
