🔎 About the role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable specialist to join our team at Pharmbills. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with structured data, is comfortable navigating multiple systems, and thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

🎯 What you’ll do:

✅ Enter and update referral data from hospital systems into CRM (Salesforce)

✅ Work with multiple platforms, including hospital EMRs and internal tools

✅ Ensure data accuracy and completeness across all systems

✅ Manage high volumes of data entry while meeting productivity targets

✅ Communicate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution

✅ Follow established processes and guidelines in a compliance-driven environment

📚 What we’re looking for:

✔️ Strong attention to detail and accuracy

✔️ Good computer skills (Microsoft Office; Salesforce is a plus)

✔️ Proficient typing skills

✔️ Ability to multitask and work with multiple systems simultaneously

✔️ Comfortable working under deadlines and performance targets

✔️ Responsible, organized, and dependable
