Data Hub Steering & Operations Specialist

We are looking for a hands-on professional to support the day-to-day coordination and operational steering of our Data & Analytics Hub.

The role focuses on ensuring effective execution of planned activities, maintaining visibility over ongoing initiatives, facilitating collaboration across stakeholders and supporting the implementation of established strategies and governance processes.

What you will be doing:
• Supporting the implementation of Data & Analytics strategy and governance measures by coordinating scoped and prioritized projects with business representatives.
• Coordinating and monitoring platform enablement activities, supporting planning, prioritization and execution to ensure use case delivery.
• Maintaining and tracking platform roadmaps, coordinate resource planning and support use case backlog management in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Organizing and coordinating onboarding and training activities for Data & Analytics roles, ensuring their effective implementation.
• Coordinating and following up on project plans, tracking progress, dependencies and deliverables in collaboration with Hub Business Data & Analytics representatives.

What you will bring:
• Academic background in Computer Science, Business Administration or other similar areas;
• Proven experience working on similar roles;
• Strong experience in Analytics and IT project management & Use Case portfolio management;
• Strong knowledge in data governance topics;
• Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented thinking;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
•Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
