Salary Range: $90,000.00 To $120,000.00 Annually Position: Data Integration and Implementation Analyst, Mid-level - FAA Function: Data Integration, Data Analysis, and Implementation Support Location: Remote Site/Cobec Site – DC Remote Work Option: Yes Salary Range: $90k- 120k Security Requirements Must be a US citizen or a legal resident for three of the past five years. Job Summary The Data Integration and Implementation Analyst will support FAA implementation efforts through data integration, schedule and inventory analysis, and site-level reporting. The analyst will manage complex data processes and help schedulers and implementation teams track progress, resolve discrepancies, and identify risks. Years of Relevant Experience The position requires 5-7+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, data integration, inventory analysis, program controls, and/or implementation tracking. Essential Job Functions The following duties are normal for this position. Other duties may be required and assigned. Integrate and reconcile large schedule, site, inventory, procurement, installation, and operational datasets from multiple sources. Build and improve repeatable data workflows using pivots, aggregation, transformations, joins, refreshes, and validation checks to reduce manual work and detect errors before reporting. Map site installation and implementation records to the FAA’s scheduling system identifiers and validate those links across source systems. Analyze equipment inventory, availability, and procurement status against installation needs to identify shortages, mismatches, and deployment gaps. Audit site-level data across Program Offices and implementation teams; investigate duplicates, missing records, inconsistent identifiers, and conflicting status information. Support schedulers by preparing and validating schedule updates and analyzing milestones, dependencies, variances, and implementation risks. Develop metrics, dashboards, reports, and presentation materials; communicate implementation progress, inventory needs, data-quality issues, risks, and recommendations. Document data sources, definitions, mapping rules, assumptions, transformations, validation methods, and unresolved discrepancies. Coordinate with schedulers, engineers, implementation teams, Program Offices, PIMs, and other stakeholders to confirm data, determine causes of discrepancies, and resolve issues. Respond to time-sensitive stakeholder requests while maintaining recurring data processes and implementation reporting. Perform other related duties consistent with the position and support occasional client or company travel. Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree is a plus and may count as additional years of experience Skills Requirements Demonstrated ability to work independently with large, complex datasets using Power Query, Tableau Prep, SQL, Python, or comparable tools to clean, transform, join, and validate data. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, lookup functions, pivot tables, reconciliation, and structured data management. Experience building repeatable data workflows with refreshes, validation checks, error handling, and documentation. Ability to match records across inconsistent identifiers and different levels of detail, validate join results, and distinguish data errors from unusual technical or operational conditions. Experience analyzing equipment inventory, procurement, installation, or implementation data to identify gaps and support planning. Familiarity with schedules, milestones, dependencies, variances, risks, and implementation reporting. Experience working with Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 schedule data is a plus. Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar dashboarding and reporting tools preferred. ArcGIS experience is a plus. Experience supporting complex, multi-site technology implementations preferred. FAA, aviation industry, or telecommunications experience preferred. Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and independent problem-solving skills. Must be willing to work in a fast-paced work environment and be flexible to work on more than one program.
