Data Integration Lead (VP)

We are looking for an experienced Data Integration Lead to help shape and deliver the future-state technology landscape across global Corporate Functions.

This is a unique opportunity to lead the design and evolution of enterprise-wide data integration capabilities across cloud-native, hybrid, SaaS, and on-premise environments within a highly regulated financial services organization.

In this role, you will:

• Define and drive the enterprise data integration architecture and roadmap.
• Lead strategic integration initiatives across Google Cloud Platform, enterprise services, and business-critical applications.
• Design scalable integration patterns covering batch, real-time, event-driven, API-led, and CDC-based architectures.
• Drive the modernization of legacy ETL platforms towards cloud-native solutions.
• Establish architecture standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices for data movement and integration.
• Provide technical leadership, governance, and design assurance across large-scale transformation programs.
• Mentor engineering teams and promote excellence in DevOps, CI/CD, automation, observability, and platform modernization.

Key technologies include:

• Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Composer, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Kubernetes)
• Kafka and event-streaming technologies
• StreamSets, Informatica, IICS, uFlow, and orchestration platforms
• Python and modern software engineering practices
• API-led integration, microservices, real-time processing, and CDC architectures

We're looking for professionals with:

• 10+ years of experience in Data Integration, Data Engineering, ETL, or Integration Architecture
• Strong cloud architecture experience, particularly within GCP environments
• Expertise in streaming data platforms and event-driven architectures
• Experience operating in complex hybrid-cloud ecosystems
• A proven track record of technical leadership and architectural decision-making
• Experience within Banking, Asset Management, or other regulated financial services environments is highly desirable
