Key Deliverables and Responsibilities

Cambridge is looking for a detail-oriented Data Integrity Specialist to support the accurate and timely maintenance of client and account information. In this role, you will research data and business processes, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with internal teams and sponsor partners, and help maintain high standards for data quality and service.

We’re looking for someone with strong follow-through who communicates clearly about status and expectations, works directly with sponsor partners to drive action, and stays with the work through completion. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and committed to providing professional and responsive service.

• Enter and verify detailed client and account information accurately and within established timelines.
• Research data discrepancies, business processes, and account-related issues.
• Use departmental technology platforms and resources to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
• Communicate directly with sponsor partners and internal teams to clarify expectations, obtain necessary information, and drive action.
• Provide clear and timely updates regarding status, next steps, outstanding needs, and anticipated completion.
• Maintain ownership of assigned work and follow issues through to resolution.
• Respond professionally and courteously to requests received by phone, voicemail, email, or in person.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding the entry and maintenance of account information.
• Complete accuracy checks to help ensure data-quality standards are consistently achieved.
• Participate in projects and cross-training opportunities based on business needs.

What We Are Looking For

• Six months to one year of related experience, education, or training.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated follow-through and the ability to take ownership of work from initial request through completion.
• Ability to communicate status, expectations, risks, and next steps proactively.
• Confidence working directly with sponsor partners and internal stakeholders to obtain information and keep work moving.
• Strong organization and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently, remain self-motivated, and perform effectively under pressure.
• Sound problem-solving and reasoning skills.

Location: Fairfield, IA (Hybrid)

Hourly rate: $19-$22
