Allocation length: long-term, the project with 100% under 12 months with the possibility to be further extended.

Dedicated Platform Delivery Lead for the AI & Data Hub Platform Team. The operational partner to the Head of Platform and counterpart to the Platform Tech Lead. Owns day-to-day backlog management, stakeholder alignment, dependency handling, and release coordination for the platform team. The role is situated in the AI & Data Enablement Lead team.

Backlog ownership & prioritization
• Own the platform Feature-level backlog, including ordering and readiness of incoming work.
• Translate platform demand into clear, actionable backlog items aligned with platform priorities and constraints.

Stakeholder interface & operational alignment
• Own the platform’s day-to-day stakeholder interface towards Stream Leads and Epic Owners.
• Represent the platform team in operational coordination and align scope, priorities, dependencies, and delivery implications.

Dependency, risk & release coordination
• Coordinate dependencies, delivery risks, release readiness, changes, releases, and handovers.

Service adoption & documentation standards
• Support adoption of platform services, including clarity of offering and usage expectations.
• Maintain current, usable platform service documentation standards.

• Senior experience in backlog ownership, prioritization, and delivery coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management with Stream Leads and Epic Owners.
• Ability to translate demand into feature-level backlog items.
• Experience coordinating dependencies, delivery risks, releases, and handovers.
• Sufficient technical understanding to discuss and represent simpler platform topics.
• Experience from data/platform environments and Agile/DevOps delivery is valued.

The role is unique to the platform team and requires a dedicated person. The consultant coordinates and represents the team but does not take technical, strategic, or people decisions that belong to the Tech Lead, Head of Platform, or other accountable roles. Scope, deadlines, and solutions must be aligned with the team.
