Platform Delivery Lead (Data & AI)

We are looking for a Platform Delivery Lead to join a cross-functional team working on a modern Data & AI platform for an international enterprise. This role is ideal for a delivery-focused professional who enjoys coordinating complex initiatives, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring operational excellence across platform environments.

As a key operational partner for platform leadership, you will drive backlog prioritization, release coordination, and delivery transparency while collaborating closely with business and engineering teams. The position is offered in a hybrid format based in Prague, Czechia.

The company focuses on digital transformation initiatives and scalable platform capabilities that support operational efficiency, automation, and AI-driven decision-making across the business.

PROJECT

The project focuses on the operational coordination and continuous delivery of a modern Data & AI platform that supports internal teams with scalable platform services and data-driven initiatives. The environment combines Agile and DevOps delivery practices with cloud-based technologies and platform engineering principles.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of business and technology, ensuring efficient backlog management, dependency coordination, release readiness, and alignment across multiple platform initiatives.

• Own and prioritize the feature-level backlog to ensure delivery readiness
• Translate business and platform requirements into actionable backlog items and delivery plans
• Act as the primary operational interface between business stakeholders, platform leadership, and delivery teams
• Coordinate priorities, dependencies, timelines, risks, and delivery implications across initiatives
• Support release planning, release readiness activities, operational handovers, and change coordination
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Platform and Platform Tech Lead on day-to-day delivery activities
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Maintain clear and structured service documentation to support platform adoption
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Agile and DevOps delivery processes
• Ensure transparency and alignment regarding delivery progress and operational risks

• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in software engineering using high-level programming languages
• Experience in Platform Delivery, Product Operations, or related roles
• Proven experience with backlog preparation, prioritization, and delivery coordination in Agile environment
• Strong experience in dependency management, release coordination, operational planning, and risk management
• Production experience working with public cloud platforms
• Good understanding of platform engineering, infrastructure, and DevOps practices
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
• Experience working with Data Platform, AI Platform, or similar technical environments
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English

• Understanding of release governance and operational readiness processes
• Knowledge of cloud-native delivery models and platform operations
