Job Description This is a remote position. **PLEASE CAREFULLY READ ALL THE DETAILS BEFORE APPLYING*** JOB TITLE: Data Management & Reporting Analyst RATE: Php 345.24 per hour Work Type: Remote | Part-time with a possibility to transition into a full-time job depending on performance Working Hours : US Hours Start Date : ASAP JOB OVERVIEW: We are looking for a Data Management & Reporting Analyst for the government contracts having reporting deliverables with strong data analysis capabilities. The role will involve some data entry and requires the ability to learn SmartsheetGov. Strong Excel skills are important, as the role includes data analysis, dashboard creation, and reporting support. JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Build and maintain reports, workflows, and dashboards within Smartsheet Perform data analysis to generate insights and support business decisions Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliverables Setup new accounts Managing deliverable schedules and calendars to ensure deliverable timelines are met Compliance/audit checks and invoice validation Evaluate trends, and determine recommendations for improvement Assist with product orders, inventory tracking, and shipment scheduling It would be helpful to understand AI tools and how to use them. Professional email communication and great customer service Make system recommendations JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have strong data analysis capabilities Must have advanced proficiency in Excel for Data analysis, Dashboard creation, Reporting support Proficiency in Smartsheet is a plus (formulas, create sheets, create reports, data validation, create/design forms, using templates, setting up automation, workflows, and dashboards) Not required but candidates should have at least basic familiarity or the ability to quickly learn it. Training will be provided, along with sufficient learning resources Proficient in email communication and has great customer service experience Some data entry experience or willingness to handle data entry tasks Knowledgeable AI Tools and know how to use it.
