Data Miner Team Leader

💰 Pay: $5.00 USD per hour

📍 Location: Remote (Work from Home)

🕒 Schedule: Flexible. Work hours may be spread throughout the day and evening to support a team working across different shifts.

We are seeking an experienced Data Mining Team Leader to lead and develop a team responsible for sourcing high-quality leads for our diabetic supplies cold calling campaigns.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be expected to manage team performance, maintain lead quality, provide coaching, and assist with data mining and lead generation when needed.

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Data Miners
• Monitor daily productivity, lead quality, and performance metrics
• Conduct quality assurance and provide regular feedback
• Train new Data Miners on sourcing methods, quality standards, and best practices
• Ensure leads meet company qualification requirements before submission
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Assist with data mining and lead generation when necessary
• Submit daily and weekly performance reports
• Coordinate with management to meet production goals

• Proven experience managing a lead generation or data mining team
• Strong background in lead generation, data mining, and data scraping
• Experience finding and verifying high-quality leads using multiple online sources
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple team members while maintaining quality standards
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and online research tools
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office

• Other lead generation and data scraping tools

Healthcare, medical, or diabetic supplies experience is a plus but not required.

9AM - 5PM EST Monday to Friday

Fixed Saturday and Sunday off
