■Value of This Role

As a Data & ML Platform Engineer, your mission is to "democratize data for AI utilization and build a highly scalable foundation."

Your responsibility goes far beyond basic data processing. As the product grows exponentially, you will lead the design and implementation of robust pipelines to process skyrocketing data volumes stably from scratch. You will also build and optimize the MLOps environment to deploy and operate ML models efficiently.

Real estate × AI is a highly complex domain where organizing data is exceptionally challenging. There is an incredible thrill in seeing the infrastructure you architect extract powerful insights from tens of millions of data points, ultimately reshaping decision-making across the entire industry.

• Data & ML Platform: Python, Go, Node.js (TypeScript)
• Data Warehouse: Snowflake, BigQuery (Selected/built based on project requirements)
• Infrastructure / SRE: AWS (Aurora, ECS, Lambda, Step Functions, etc.)

Qualifications

■ Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in AI/ML engineering (from experimentation to model deployment, with experience in ML development for large-scale production systems).
• Experience in production-level development of web applications and APIs.
• Experience designing and building reporting structures for stakeholders.
• Experience building and operating data analysis infrastructure (ETL design, Airflow, etc.).

■ Preferred Skills & Experience

• Deep understanding of specific ML domains (e.g., Computer Vision, NLP, Recommendation Systems, Ranking Algorithms).
• Experience operating and improving search systems.
• Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI).
• Experience leveraging LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, fine-tuning, vector databases).
