About the Project

We are supporting a greenfield initiative to build a next-generation digital bank in the UAE, based on a scalable, modular and cloud-native banking platform. The architecture follows domain-driven, event-driven, API-first and AI-native principles, enabling a fully digital universal banking proposition.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Modeller to design conceptual and logical data models for the bank's regulatory reporting data layer. The role involves working across complex banking data environments, defining data structures and source-to-target mappings, and ensuring high standards of data quality, consistency and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop conceptual and logical data models.
• Analyse complex banking data landscapes and define data entities and relationships.
• Develop and maintain source-to-target mappings.
• Ensure data quality, consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with business, technology and data teams.

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Data Modelling (conceptual and logical).
• Solid SQL and Data Analysis skills.
• Experience with complex banking data environments.
• Knowledge of Data Quality and Data Governance.
• Experience with Source-to-Target Mapping.
• Understanding of regulatory reporting frameworks and standards:
