About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Analyst / Data Modeler to join our CIL Modernisation initiative. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in data modeling, governance, and quality frameworks, with proven experience in financial domain projects (AML/Fraud preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data modeling/STTM for large-scale databases using tools such as Erwin / Hackolade
  

• Establish and implement Data Governance frameworks, including Data Quality rules and controls across databases and pipelines
  

• Utilize Collibra or similar tools for governance and quality management
  

• Conduct data validations, root cause analysis, and reconciliation between source and target systems (current vs. future states)
  

• Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and documentation
  

• Work independently with AI tools to enhance data processes and analysis
  

• Contribute as a strong team player in modernization projects
  

Mandatory Skills

• Senior Data Analyst / Data Modeler with AML/Fraud domain exposure
  

• Expertise in Erwin / Hackolade for modeling large databases
  

• Strong knowledge of Data Governance & Data Quality frameworks
  

• Hands-on experience with Collibra
  

• Proficiency in data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis
  

• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
  

• Experience leveraging AI tools in data workflows
