At Solovis, you'll join a tech-forward, growth-minded team that believes in learning fast, thinking big, and delivering meaningful impact for asset owners worldwide. Key Responsibilities Lead and hold team accountable to SLAs, quality targets, and throughput goals. Build/maintain automation (Alteryx, Power Automate, Python) to increase straight-through processing. Manage document retrieval, data feed integrations, API connections, and failure alerting. Own extraction, mapping, enrichment, and QA/QC across public, private, and operational asset classes. Track KPIs (SLA adherence, accuracy, uptime, automation coverage, cycle time). Recruit/cross-train team to build bench strength and reduce single points of failure. Partner cross-functionally with Data Ops, Data Processing, Client Delivery, and Professional Services (new fund/client onboarding). Drive process improvements to reduce recurring errors and rework.
