Nesta função, serás o motor analítico da operação. O seu papel principal será extrair, estruturar e analisar dados operacionais, desenvolvendo dashboards e mapas de gestão automatizados que ajudem as lideranças e a Direção a tomar as melhores decisões baseadas em factos fiáveis.

Principais Responsabilidades

• Análise & Decisão: Extrair, estruturar e analisar bases de dados complexas para identificar oportunidades de melhoria, desvios e otimizações operacionais.
• Dashboards & Reporting: Criar e automatizar mapas de gestão e dashboards para acompanhamento da atividade no CareCenter e Operações.
• Melhoria Contínua: Colaborar diretamente com as equipas de Operational Excellence, fornecendo dados estruturados e acompanhando os planos de ação.
• Data Quality: Auditar e validar rigorosamente a informação nos sistemas internos (ex.: SAP) para garantir integridade e precisão.
• Suporte Administrativo e Operacional: Apoiar na gestão de requisições de compra, seguimento de encomendas/fornecedores e comunicações estratégicas a pacientes.

Formação Académica: Licenciatura em Gestão, Economia, Engenharia, Data Analytics, Informática de Gestão ou área equivalente com forte vertente quantitativa.
Soft Skills: Forte espírito de equipa, facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal e capacidade de trabalho colaborativo. Raciocínio lógico-matemático, elevada capacidade analítica, rigor metódico, proatividade e um mindset orientado para a automação e resolução de problemas.
Conhecimentos Técnicos: Domínio de ferramentas como Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI e sistemas ERP/CRM (ex.: SAP, Salesforce).
Línguas: Português e Inglês fluente.
