Responsibilities Input and manage data related to real estate transactions accurately Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation Verify and update information in databases Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Collaborate with team members to streamline data processes Respond to inquiries related to data management Conduct quality checks on processed data Support additional administrative tasks as required Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic understanding of data entry and processing Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently in a remote setting Familiarity with real estate or mortgage processes is a plus
