Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity for advancement Training & development Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Status: Contingent Upon Contract Award Position Summary The Data Processing Clerk II performs intermediate-level coding and data processing tasks, including classification of narrative industry and occupation data using established coding systems such as NAICS and SOC. Key Responsibilities Analyze narrative job descriptions and industry entries. Apply CDC-specified coding systems accurately. Resolve moderately complex classification issues. Document coding rationale when required. Assist in peer review and support quality initiatives. Meet accuracy and productivity performance standards. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years experience in data processing or occupational coding. Familiarity with hierarchical classification systems preferred. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
