🔎 We are looking for a Personal Data Protection Analyst

📝Main Tasks

• Ensure the implementation of GDPR requirements and Privacy by Design principles across CIB projects, supporting Project Managers throughout the project validation process and related data protection activities.
• Manage incoming internal and external requests received through the CIB GDPR DESK mailbox, including Data Subject Rights Requests (DSRRs).
• Prepare and publish periodic CIB GDPR DESK activity reports and maintain the dedicated SharePoint space.
• Promote awareness and foster a strong data protection culture across CIB.
• Collaborate closely with the CIB Central Data Office, the 1st Line of Defense (1LoD) SPOC network and the 2nd Line of Defense (2LoD) DPC/DPO network.
• Contribute to the development, sharing and implementation of best practices across the data protection community.

🧩 Main Skills & Requirements

• Good knowledge of GDPR principles and personal data protection requirements.
• Understanding of Privacy by Design principles and their application in project environments.
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple requests and priorities efficiently.
• Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and contribute to a strong data protection culture.
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook and SharePoint.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
