About the job

The Data Quality Management (DQM) Specialist supports the operational execution of Data Quality Management across data domains. The role monitors, analyses and reports data quality based on defined rules, dimensions, KPIs and target values.

The role investigates data quality issues, supports root cause analysis and follows up corrective actions in cooperation with Data Owners, Data Stewards, business teams, Master Data Management and IT.

Your tasks

• Monitor and report data quality across defined dimensions, rules, KPIs and target values
• Perform regular and ad hoc data profiling and identify data quality gaps and trends
• Prepare data quality reports, dashboards, visualizations and stakeholder summaries
• Analyze data quality issues, support root cause analysis and document findings
• Track corrective actions and coordinate follow-up with responsible stakeholders
• Maintain data quality rules and related documentation in cooperation with Data Owners and Data Stewards
• Support Data Quality Management initiatives, governance meetings and continuous improvement activities
• Configure and implement approved data quality rules in the designated DQM tool based on documented specifications, defined standards and applicable access rights
• Identify opportunities to standardize or automate recurring data quality checks and reporting while preserving control, traceability and review

Requirements

• Bachelor of Economics/Business/Technical/Management Information System
• Fluency in English
• Previous experience in a similar position
• MS Excel – Level: Advanced (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Sort, Filter, etc.)
• Practical knowledge of SAP ERP / SAP MDG / MDM
• Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Qlik, SAC or similar analytical tool - nice to have
• Analytical, organizational and communication skills
