As an HR Data Management Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of HR data quality, consistency, and governance across SAP SuccessFactors and connected systems. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner for HR teams, ensuring data accuracy, supporting reporting and analytics, and driving continuous improvements in HR data processes. Your work will help enable data-driven decision-making and provide a reliable foundation for people-related insights across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy, quality, and consistency of HR data within SAP SuccessFactors and across integrated platforms.
- Monitor and analyze data quality, identify discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
- Support and maintain data synchronization processes between core HR systems and connected applications.
- Collaborate with HR Data Stewards and business stakeholders to improve, simplify, and standardize HR data management practices.
- Contribute to HR data governance initiatives by establishing and maintaining data quality controls and processes.
- Prepare, monitor, and publish HR data quality KPIs and dashboards, gathering inputs from multiple regions and teams.
- Support the design, testing, and validation of SAP SuccessFactors reports to ensure reliable and meaningful insights.
- Maintain and enhance the SAP SuccessFactors HR Data Model in partnership with data owners and system experts.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives that increase data integrity, efficiency, and user experience.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on HR data, supporting stakeholders with data-related questions, reporting needs, and best practices.
About You
- Service-oriented mindset and customer centricity
- Ability to understand and design efficient data flows
- Understanding of HR data and associated processes
- Technical skills and understanding of BI tools (Power BI) and similar
- Ability to lead a small expert team
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed international environment
- Ability to explain SuccessFactors data model to non-technically minded colleagues
- Understanding of system development life-cycle, software and database structures, testing cycles
- Be able to document and ensure consistency of data management between systems
- Fluency in English
- minimum 4-5 years experience
