Show job description

WSA – Wonderful Sound for All is a global leader in the hearing aid industry. Together with our 12,000 colleagues in 130 countries, we invite you to help unlock human potential by bringing back hearing for millions of people around the world. Our portfolio of technologies spans the full spectrum of hearing care, from distinct hearing brands and digital platforms to managed care, hearing centers and diagnostics locations.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Data & Reporting Analyst who loves navigating data and turning it into dashboards that people actually use. Reporting to the Director, Sales Operations, you will own the build-out and quality of our Power BI and Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) reporting for the WSA USA business.

You are the kind of analyst who doesn't wait to be asked. You dig into the data, spot what's off or missing, and come back with a fix and a better way of doing it. You are comfortable moving between Salesforce, our ERP and data warehouse, and Excel, and you use AI tools every day to work faster and smarter. If you want to be the go-to person for "what does the data say?" in a growing commercial organization, this role is for you.

Position Details:

  • Job Type: Permanent, full-time

  • Department: Finance

  • Location: Iselin, New Jersey, USA

  • Working Model: Hybrid

  • Compensation: $85,000 – $105,000 per annum based on experience

  • Total Rewards Package: comprehensive benefits package, 401k matching program, tuition reimbursement & continuous learning programs, employee and family discount programs, generous PTO programs

What you'll be responsible for:

Dashboards & Insights

  • Design, build, and maintain Power BI and CRMA dashboards that give sales, finance, and leadership a clear, trusted view of performance.

  • Translate business questions into intuitive, well-designed reports, focusing on the few metrics that matter rather than more data.

  • Analyze trends, variances, and anomalies and proactively bring forward insights and recommendations, not just numbers.

Data Management & Quality

  • Extract, transform, and model data from Salesforce, ERP, data warehouse, and other sources (Power Query, SQL, CRMA recipes/dataflows).

  • Own data accuracy and integrity across our reporting suite; find, troubleshoot, and resolve discrepancies before stakeholders do.

  • Integrate new data sources as business needs evolve.

Reporting Governance & Documentation

  • Establish and maintain consistent KPI definitions, reporting standards, and documentation of data sources, logic, and models.

  • Keep reporting solutions reliable, scalable, and easy to maintain.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner with sales, finance, and commercial leaders to understand their needs, challenge requirements where useful, and deliver practical solutions.

  • Work with IT and global BI teams to improve our data foundation and reporting processes.

AI & Automation

  • Use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, AI features in Power BI and CRMA, generative AI assistants) to speed up analysis, automate recurring reporting, and generate narrative insights.

  • Identify and drive opportunities to automate manual work, including building agents, bots, or workflows as the role grows.

  • Stay current on BI and AI capabilities and bring forward ideas we haven't thought of yet.

What success looks like in your first year:

  • Our core Power BI and CRMA dashboards are trusted, used weekly by leadership, and owned by you.

  • Recurring manual reports are automated or meaningfully streamlined.

  • You've identified and fixed data quality issues at the source, not just in the report.

  • Stakeholders come to you first with their data questions.

What we're looking for:

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, Economics, Business, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.

  • Proven, hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards (data modeling, DAX, Power Query).

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA / Tableau CRM), including dashboards and recipes/dataflows, and comfort working with Salesforce data.

  • Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills.

  • Active, everyday use of AI tools in your work, with curiosity about how to apply them further.

  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset: you spot problems and opportunities and act on them without being asked.

  • Strong attention to detail and a high bar for data accuracy.

  • Ability to communicate data clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in a B2B, sales, distribution, or commercial environment.

  • Experience with Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Python, or similar automation tools.

  • Exposure to forecasting or predictive analytics.

When applying, you will be asked to include a short example of a dashboard you've built or a data problem you identified and solved on your own initiative.
