Data Scientist - Dublin
Cpl are partnering with a leading technology organisation to recruit a Data Scientist to join their growing team in Dublin. This opportunity is ideally suited to candidates with 2+ years of experience who are looking to further develop their career in data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will work with a variety of business datasets, build reporting solutions, and provide insights that support operational and strategic decision-making across the organisation.
Please note: Due to project requirements, only candidates holding Irish or EU Citizenship can be considered for this position.
This is a hybrid role based in Dublin, with approximately three days per week in the office.
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or related analytics role.
- Degree or Master's qualification in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Experience using Power BI to develop dashboards, reports, and data visualisations.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Knowledge of Python for data analysis, reporting, or automation.
- Experience gathering, cleansing, and analysing data from multiple sources.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with CRM platforms or business systems would be advantageous.
- Irish or EU Citizenship is essential.
- Must currently reside within a commutable distance of Dublin.
