The successful candidate will bring strong experience in e-commerce, advertising analytics and product experimentation, alongside the ability to independently translate complex data into actionable commercial recommendations.
Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate product features and customer experiences, using quantitative evidence to recommend improvements.
- Leverage AI-powered analytics tools and automated workflows to accelerate research and experimentation.
- Partner with Product, Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to influence product strategy and decision-making.
- Present complex analytical findings clearly, connecting recommendations to measurable commercial outcomes.
Required Experience

- Proven experience designing and evaluating product experiments, including A/B testing and statistical analysis.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, consumer behaviour, conversion funnels and commercial performance metrics.
- Hands-on experience using Python and SQL for data analysis.
- Experience working with large, complex datasets and translating findings into product recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to independently own analytical projects from problem definition through to recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience working within major technology companies or large-scale consumer platforms.
- Experience using AI tools, intelligent agents or automated analytical workflows.
- Familiarity with machine learning applications for product recommendations and feature optimisation.
- Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams on large-scale experimentation initiatives.
