Perform EDA to identify trends, anomalies, and relationships in the data. Collaborate with stakeholders to define problems, success metrics, and data needs. Build scalable and maintainable ML workflows and ensure smooth model deployment. Monitor model performance and retrain when needed to ensure reliability. Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate models. Mentor junior team members and promote data science best practices. Contribute to internal standards on testing, reproducibility, and documentation. Stay current with advances in ML and AI to bring new ideas to the team. Required Skills 💻 Expert knowledge of Python for data analysis and machine learning modeling. Hands-on experience with common ML libraries and frameworks. Strong understanding of machine learning and statistical techniques including supervised/unsupervised learning, time series analysis, and A/B testing. Experience deploying ML models into production and maintaining them. Proficiency in writing clean, reproducible, production-grade code. Solid knowledge of SQL and experience working with structured and unstructured data from relational databases and/or data lakes. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders clearly and effectively. Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with product, engineering, and business units. Experience with version control (Git) and agile development practices. Nice to Have Skills 😉 Experience with recommendation systems, dynamic pricing algorithms, or customer segmentation techniques. Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and associated data/ML services. Knowledge of Docker, Airflow (or similar, e.g: prefect), MLflow or similar tools . Familiarity with ML observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Evidently, WhyLabs, Prometheus + Grafana). Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for ML systems.
