Data Scientist

■職務内容

・不動産の予測モデル（賃料査定・適正価格・利回り等）の設計・開発

・画像データやOCRを活用した物件認識・分類アルゴリズムの開発

・プロダクトへ組み込む予測結果APIの実装および継続的なモデルチューニング

■必須要件

・Pythonを用いた各種予測モデルやアルゴリズムの開発経験

・データの可視化に関する実務経験

・画像認識、OCR、または機械学習を用いたAIモデル開発経験

- Design and develop prediction models (rent estimation, fair price, yield)

- Build image recognition and classification algorithms using property images and OCR

- Implement prediction APIs into SaaS products and perform continuous model tuning

What you need:

- Experience developing prediction models and algorithms using Python

- Hands-on experience with data visualization

- Experience developing AI models using image recognition, OCR, or machine learning
