JOB TITLE: HR DATA FOUNDATION & INSIGHTS MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Summary:

• The role connects HR business demands with end-to-end Data & Insights delivery, translating priorities into roadmaps, backlogs and delivery plans across HR initiatives and transformation programs.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the HR Data & Insights landscape, identifying dependencies, gaps and reuse opportunities.
• Consolidate demand, prioritize requirements and coordinate delivery across internal teams and external partners.
• Align HR stakeholders, business needs and technical delivery teams.
• Ensure governance, data quality, privacy, and documentation standards.
• Coordinate BAU activities and drive adoption and continuous improvement.
• Drive the migration from Qlik to Power BI to rationalize the reporting landscape.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 7+ years of experience in Data & Insights, analytics or data product management.
• Practical experience with Power BI and knowledge of Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric or comparable platforms.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, data models, SQL, data pipelines and reporting architecture.
• Experience in business analysis, backlog management, stakeholder coordination and delivery.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
• HR or People Analytics experience is strongly preferred.
