Who We Are Singulier is a strategy and transformation consulting firm working with private equity funds and their portfolio companies on high-impact digital, data and AI topics. We help investment funds, CEOs and leadership teams answer critical strategic questions and drive transformation with a pragmatic, hands-on approach. Unlike traditional consulting firms, we do not stop at recommendations: we work alongside our clients to design, build and implement solutions that create measurable impact. Founded in 2017, Singulier has grown rapidly and now brings together ~80 professionals across Paris, London and Munich, combining expertise in strategy consulting, data, digital marketing, product and technology. The Role Our Data & Strategy Consultants work directly with investment funds, CEOs and leadership teams to solve high-stakes business problems through data. You work alongside senior consultants on that same track: you help structure the problem, run the analyses that answer it, and turn the results into clear recommendations — taking growing ownership of your workstreams as you progress. This is a consulting role with strong hands-on analytics, not a back-office analyst role. We value structured problem solving and business sense as much as technical skill. You will work across due diligences and transformation projects, supported by senior consultants and data scientists, and we value pragmatic, business-oriented thinking and the curiosity to learn fast. What You’ll Do Help structure and scope analytical workstreams, breaking ambiguous business questions into clear approaches Run the analyses that answer them — hands-on with Python and SQL on customer, commercial and operational data Draw out the “so what”: identify trends, performance drivers and growth opportunities, and contribute to findings and recommendations Build clear, executive-ready slides, dataviz and dashboards Contribute to standardised analyses (market & competition, consumer insights, digital performance) Work alongside consultants, data scientists and digital specialists across due diligences and transformation projects Take growing ownership of your workstreams — structuring, synthesis, client communication Experiment with new analytical and AI-powered tools to improve the team’s productivity Our Stack We like experimenting with new technologies, but our core stack currently includes: 🧰 Databricks (Python / Pyspark) 🌐 Google Cloud Platform ✨ N8N for AI agent workflows
