The role will be based in New York with the expectation of a hybrid work model.
PineBridge Investments is seeking a Data Systems Analyst to support the firm's investment management platform by enhancing data integrity, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiency. This individual will work closely with investment, client, and business teams to transform data into meaningful insights, support strategic initiatives, and leverage technology solutionsincluding AI-driven toolsto improve processes and decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and passionate about using data and technology to drive business outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities:
Support initiatives to streamline and automate investment and reporting processes, including the use of AI tools to improve data access, accuracy, and workflow efficiency. Build reports that turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Support data processing, quality control, and troubleshooting within portfolio management systems.
Assist with portfolio analysis, cash flow projections, and financial modeling.
Respond to internal and external inquiries promptly and professionally.
Partner with portfolio managers, sales, client relations, and other teams to support reporting, analytics, and operational needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business analytics, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
AI implementation or project management experience strongly preferred.
1–2 years of experience in asset management, finance operations, or a related field preferred.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.
Proactive, self-motivated team player.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to understand business processes and data requirements.
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.

*Salary Range: $100k-110k annually + bonus + benefits

Instances of Fraudulent Job Offers
It has recently been brought to our attention that there have been instances of fraudulent job offers, purporting to be from PineBridge Investments or its affiliate companies. The individuals or organizations sending these false employment offers may pose as a PineBridge recruiter or human resources representative and request personal information, purchasing of equipment or funds to further the recruitment process. They may even provide documentation in furtherance of their fraudulent attempts.
How to Identify if the Offer Received Was Made by PineBridge:
Here are a few ways to identify whether the offer you may have received is from PineBridge Investments:
PineBridge applicants are required to apply via our official company and affiliate country websites (career site or campus site). Any request to apply to a job that does not lead back to one of these sites is likely to be fraudulent.
Hiring process related travel will be booked through our travel agency at our expense and at our direction. If you are being asked to pay to book travel as a part of an interview process, it is likely to be fraudulent.
PineBridge only utilizes PineBridge.com domains for email accounts (example@PineBridge.com). Any contact by an email that does not use exactly that domain is likely fraudulent.
During the selection process we will require one or more interviews that are conducted either face-to-face or virtually with employees of the company. Any offer of employment that is unsolicited or does not involve an interview process is likely fraudulent.
PineBridge does not ask the applicant for information related to bank accounts, credit cards, or other financial accounts prior to a signed, official offer letter of employment. If you are being asked for this information earlier in the process, it is likely a fraudulent request.
