About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, solutions-oriented individual to join our Product & Data Team based in Sofia. The ideal candidate will work across Engineering, Data Operations and Product Teams to help define and deliver ongoing improvements to our data platform and product suite. This is a hands-on role requiring the ability to understand business needs, gather requirements and translate them into strategic solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving operational efficiency, strengthening data quality, and identifying opportunities to enhance the value delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to and facilitate the execution of strategic and business priorities as defined on the EPFR Product & Data Roadmap
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to obtain user stories, acceptance criteria and document requirements throughout the development life cycle
  • Assess proprietary data and business processes to identify, prioritise, and drive the development of technical solutions that support strategic product and operational objectives.
  • Review internal workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and eliminate activities that no longer add value.
  • Develop recommendations through regular stakeholder interactions for continued process improvement for operational performance and data integrity
  • Manage data governance recommendations and develop business rules into knowledgebase articles
  • Analyse customer data deliveries and identify opportunities to improve data quality, usability, and overall product value.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years' experience in a Data Operations, Data Analytics or related role.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience identifying process improvement opportunities and driving change initiatives.
  • Experience working with complex datasets and data-driven products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business challenges into practical solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across business and technical teams
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of initiatives, and manage competing priorities
