We're seeking an experienced Data Tower Program Lead to drive a strategic programme focused on integrating external manufacturing partner data into a growing enterprise data ecosystem.

This role sits within the TechOps and Quality function and will be responsible for leading the delivery of large-scale data integration initiatives across an expanding Contract Manufacturing Organisation (CMO) network. You will work at the intersection of manufacturing, data, technology, and business operations to ensure critical external partner data is transformed into meaningful business value.

This is a highly visible programme leadership role requiring strong stakeholder management, governance, and delivery expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a strategic Data Tower programme focused on integrating external CMO data into the enterprise data platform.
• Act as a Data Product Owner, defining priorities, roadmaps, deliverables, and business outcomes.
• Establish and drive programme governance, reporting structures, KPIs, and executive communications.
• Partner closely with TechOps, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Data teams to drive successful delivery.
• Manage relationships with Contract Manufacturing Organisations and ensure alignment on data deliverables, timelines, and performance objectives.
• Build scalable processes for onboarding new CMOs as the manufacturing network continues to expand.
• Drive the development of data pipelines and integrations into enterprise data platforms and data lakes.
• Monitor CMO performance metrics and data quality standards to ensure accurate and timely data availability.
• Lead cross-functional teams and vendors through complex transformation initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate programme risks, dependencies, and operational challenges.

What We're Looking For

✅ Significant experience working with Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs)

✅ Proven track record leading complex technology, data, or digital transformation programmes

✅ Demonstrable experience establishing governance frameworks and driving delivery across multiple stakeholder groups

✅ Strong understanding of data products, data ownership, and business value delivery

✅ Experience managing integration programmes involving manufacturing, laboratory, quality, or operational data

✅ Ability to articulate programme milestones, business outcomes, KPI achievement, and delivery success

✅ Experience working within regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, life sciences, or healthcare

✅ Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leadership
