Make an Impact as a Senior Project Manager at Worldwide


As a Senior Project Manager CNS, you will play a critical role in delivering Phase I-IV clinical trials that have local, regional, or global reach. You will take ownership of study delivery from start-up through closeout, ensuring projects are executed efficiently while meeting quality, timeline, and budget expectations.


In this highly visible role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration across internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors. Your leadership will directly contribute to the successful execution of clinical research programs and the delivery of results that matter.


You will combine strategic thinking, operational oversight, and financial management to guide projects to success while fostering strong client relationships and supporting a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.


Where You'll Work


This is a remote role open to candidates based in Central or Eastern Europe. You will collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones.


Travel will be required on an as-needed basis, including domestic and international travel as required by project needs.


What You'll Do


  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver Phase I-IV clinical trials from start-up through closeout.
  • Drive project planning, execution, tracking, and risk management to ensure successful delivery against timeline, quality, and budget objectives.
  • Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Manage project resources, identify potential gaps, and develop contingency plans to maintain project momentum.
  • Monitor project financial performance and contribute to meeting assigned revenue and budget targets.
  • Facilitate collaboration, resolve conflicts, and promote effective teamwork across global project teams.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet contractual requirements, client expectations, and applicable clinical research standards and SOPs.
  • Drive process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and quality across assigned projects.

What You'll Bring


  • University or college degree in a life science discipline preferred, or certification in a related allied health profession, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of clinical pharmaceutical industry experience, including demonstrated clinical project management experience; alternatively, significant healthcare supervisory experience combined with clinical research experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry.
  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary, cross-functional project teams and managing CNS clinical research projects is required for this role.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, including scope, timelines, quality, resources, and cost management.
  • Solid financial acumen, including experience developing and managing project budgets.
  • Thorough knowledge of ICH Guidelines, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and international regulatory requirements governing clinical development programs.
  • Experience using project management software and strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal, and fluent in the local office language; valid passport and driver's license required, with willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
