We are looking for a Data Warehouse / ETL Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and optimization of enterprise data warehouse and ETL solutions.


Hybrid role - 2-3 days/week at the office (Bucharest)


What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT application owners to understand, document, and design data warehouse processes.
  • Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of data warehouse solutions.
  • Create and maintain data mapping logic for integrating data from multiple source systems into the data warehouse.
  • Design, develop, test, optimize, and deploy ODI packages and Oracle stored procedures/packages supporting ETL processes.
  • Plan and coordinate ETL and database releases with project teams, developers, and database engineers.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of ETL processes.
  • Design and establish technical frameworks and solutions for the data warehouse.
  • Perform data profiling, cataloging, mapping, and source system analysis to support the design and implementation of data flows.
  • Work with large datasets and contribute to database performance tuning and optimization.


What we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience in Data Modelling and Source System Analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL processes and tools, ideally Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
  • Experience working with large-scale databases and complex data transformations.
  • Good understanding of Data Warehouse concepts, database design, and data modelling.
  • Experience with data profiling, data mapping, and data flow design.
  • Knowledge of data visualization and data exploration tools.
  • Strong skills in performance tuning for complex queries and data transformations.
  • Exposure to different technologies, configurations, and processing environments.
  • Python and/or PySpark knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience in the banking/financial services sector.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Strong English communication skills.
