Data Warehouse Test Engineer

Job Title: Data Warehouse Test Engineer Location: (Remote) Duration: 6+ Months (Contract) Interview: Video Interview Job Description We are looking for an experienced Data Warehouse Test Engineer with strong skills in SQL, BigQuery, API Testing, Data Warehouse Testing, and Python. Required Skills 5+ years of experience in QA/Test Engineering. Strong experience with functional, regression, integration, and negative testing. Experience testing AI/ML, LLM, Conversational AI, or NL-to-SQL systems. Strong REST API testing using Postman, pytest, or similar tools. Advanced SQL and BigQuery Standard SQL. Experience with CTEs, Window Functions, Joins, Date Functions, STRUCT/ARRAY, and complex queries. Strong Data Warehouse and Data Quality Testing experience. Experience with data reconciliation and validation. Strong Python scripting/automation skills. Good experience writing clear and detailed defect reports. Strong banking/financial services domain knowledge including: Deposits Accounts Transactions AML/KYC Fraud Compliance Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Cortex, Looker, ThoughtSpot, or similar AI/NL-to-SQL platforms. GCP experience with BigQuery, Cloud Run, Firestore, Dataplex, and IAP. Experience with pytest, SQLAlchemy, and Google Cloud BigQuery SDK. Knowledge of SCD2, Bitemporal tables, and Data Warehousing. Knowledge of GLBA, FCRA, BSA/AML, BCBS 239, and SOX. Knowledge of Knowledge Graphs and Ontology concepts. Flexible work from home options available. Compensation: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
