Data/Analytics Product Manager

We are a remote-first company that is full of inspiring and friendly people. We are currently searching for a Data Analytics Product Manager to join our fast-growing team. This position is for someone located in Brazil. In this position you will have the opportunity to work with some of our biggest projects within the retail industry. About You: You are a humble, passionate, and experienced designer that is looking for a collaborative and highly analytical Data Product Management role to support the execution of our product roadmap. This comprises working on a set of key data products and areas in our suite of solutions, including new feature development, maintain and enhancing our existing platform to ultimately drive customer success. As our Data Analytics Product Manager, you are a creative, out-of-the-box problem solver with a commitment to doing high-quality work. You are able to manage effectively in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment. You use data and customer feedback to guide your decisions. You take a user-centered philosophy, with constant experimentation and measure everything. Ultimately, you’re enthusiastic about managing products used by shoppers globally. You enjoy working cross functionally with stakeholders on both the business and technical side of an organization, which invigorates you to advance our data products that make a meaningful difference to our clients. How You Will Make an Impact: You’ll work on a cross functional team of engineers, customer success and sales to maintain and build new applications You’ll take feedback from our clients and help shape our software moving into the future You’ll get to shape new and emerging products that hit market You’ll help in our broader vision of unlocking access to and the power of consumer body data You’ll collaborate with a team excited to improve environmental impact and improve e-commerce Skills and Qualifications : (even if you do not meet these skills 100%, we still welcome you to apply) BSc or MSc in a mathematical or science discipline 5+ years’ experience managing digital products including desktop, tablet and mobile Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for ETL processes and database management Intermediate proficiency with SQL Knowledge of Python is a bonus Data informed and analytical thinker Proven track record of building and releasing successful products Creative problem solver with a drive for finding effective solutions Above bar communication skills, both written and oral, to engage with clients, engineers, product partners and stakeholders at all levels Well organized individual that pays close attention to detail Able to effectively prioritize in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment Can work towards goals on an individual and team level You’re comfortable being in direct contact with clients and can support our clients with bug & issue requests You’re very comfortable interacting with APIs, and you can describe an API clearly to someone non-technical Worked within the retail or apparel industry is a bonus Experience working at a start up is a plus About Us: BM, established in 2017, is a SaaS solution for retailers and brands to reduce returns, improve sustainability and supercharge their supply chain from the ground up.
