We are Hiring ( Datacentre) Project Manager

Kraków (Hybrid 2 days Office / 3 days Remote)

·Own end-to-end delivery of medium-scale, complex, global change and business transformation initiatives across IT Infrastructure Delivery—from definition and planning through execution, implementation and closure.

·Establish and maintain robust governance across your projects/programmes, ensuring appropriate controls, standards, reporting and documentation are consistently applied across Technology and the wider Group.

·Take full financial accountability—tracking and managing operating and capital spend, providing financial analysis, ensuring adherence to Group/regulatory/ITID PPM financial processes, and escalating budget risks, issues and opportunities early.

·Partner confidently with senior leaders across IT, Global Businesses and Finance—securing sponsor buy-in and sign-off and producing executive-ready and board-level progress updates (including for regulators where required).

·Lead through a global matrix—coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across regions and functions, setting a clear operating rhythm, removing blockers, and proactively managing risks, issues and dependencies.

·Apply bank Business Transformation Frameworks and delivery methodologies (including Waterfall and Agile) to drive disciplined execution, consistent standards and continuous improvement across teams and delivery partners.

·Ensure lasting outcomes through effective transition into Business-as-Usual, readiness for the target state, stakeholder satisfaction assessment, benefits realisation, and capturing lessons learned for re-use across the portfolio.
