The talent of our teams and their passion for providing an experience which inspires and enhances our customers’ leisure time drives our culture of innovation and opportunity.

About The Role

Are you passionate about designing smarter, more efficient distribution and fulfilment networks?

We are seeking an experienced Distribution Centre (DC) Design & Solutions Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our supply chain operations.

Reporting to the GM Network Strategy & Solutions, you will lead the design and optimisation of distribution centre and fulfilment solutions across our network. From greenfield developments and facility redesigns through to automation, mechanisation, and process improvement initiatives, you'll translate complex business challenges into practical, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.

This is a unique opportunity to influence strategic supply chain decisions, working across operations, technology, and commercial teams to deliver improved flow, capacity, productivity, safety, and customer outcomes.

Your key accountabilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Modelling, Analysis & Business Cases: Conduct data-driven analysis to support solution design, option assessment and recommendations.
  • DC Design: Design fulfilment and DC solutions to maximise safety, efficiency and flow capacity.
  • Delivery & Implementation Support: Partner with delivery teams and partners to support implementation of designed solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement & Standardisation: Identify opportunities to standardise DC layouts, methods and tools.

This role can be based in Brisbane (Strathpine) or Sydney (Rhodes) and offers hybrid working flexibility.

About You

We are seeking an experienced supply chain professional with a strong background in distribution centre, fulfilment, and logistics solution design. With demonstrated experience in DC and fulfilment environments, you have a proven track record of designing efficient layouts, optimising processes and improving operational flow.

You excel at collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across operations, technology, and commercial teams, translating complex business requirements into practical, data-driven solutions. Your ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution enables you to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support the successful delivery of network and infrastructure initiatives.

In Addition, You Bring

  • Strong skills in AutoCAD and modelling tools
  • Strong analytical and modelling capability (labour, throughput, capacity)
  • Experience supporting the implementation of DC or fulfilment solutions
  • Highly Desirable: Exposure to WMS, automation, or ERP-enabled fulfilment environments, as well as working in large, mature fulfilment or logistics networks

WHY JOIN US?

  • You’ll get to join for an organisation with a culture that is driven by innovation and creating awesome experiences for our customers and teams, and will get to work alongside a diverse team across Super Retail Group that is representative of the communities we work in.
  • Super Retail Group is a Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) Employer of Choice for Gender Equality citation holder.
  • We are committed to your professional development and will support on-going opportunities for both learning and progression.
  • You will get access to generous discounts across all Super Retail Group brands, as well as access to our Perks Programme, including discounts on Health and Wellbeing, Entertainment, Travel and Accommodation and more.

Our Culture of Inclusion
