As a Deal Desk Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in driving profitable, scalable growth by analyzing renewal and new logo opportunities, validating commercial terms, coordinating cross-functional approvals, and ensuring client commitments are accurate, executable, and aligned with business objectives. Alongside the best and the brightest, you will regularly:

• Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and Services teams to bring complex renewal, expansion, and new logo opportunities from concept to close while ensuring commercial accuracy and operational readiness.

• Uncover business insights by analyzing contracts, pricing structures, revenue models, client volumes, and historical agreements to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for growth.

• Influence key business decisions through financial modeling and deal analysis that help leadership evaluate profitability, margin impact, and long-term client value.

• Serve as the connective tissue across teams, driving alignment on service commitments, implementation requirements, integrations, and non-standard client requests to keep deals moving forward.

• Create visibility and confidence throughout the sales cycle by preparing clear deal summaries, contract reviews, and executive-ready recommendations that support informed decision-making.

• Help scale the organization by developing playbooks, templates, and process improvements that enhance efficiency, strengthen governance, and improve the overall customer and employee experience.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR CREATING A LASTING IMPACT

● Abilities: Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to interpret complex contracts, evaluate recurring revenue economics, analyze pricing and margin impacts, manage cross-functional projects, exercise sound judgment, and effectively communicate recommendations and risks to stakeholders.

● Experience: 2-3+ years of experience in deal strategy, pricing, commercial operations, deal desk, finance, revenue operations, or a similar function, including supporting complex renewals, expansions, and new business opportunities involving multiple stakeholders; experience reviewing SaaS or technology agreements, order forms, amendments, and non-standard contract terms preferred.

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

● Location: This job is hybrid and will require you to be in the Boston office 25% of the time.

The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position’s compensation grade and represents a blended range across our three hub locations: Florida, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin. Within this range, individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and education. This range may also be adjusted based on geographic location and market conditions. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonuses, incentive plans, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Position Compensation Range:

$53,000.00 - $90,400.00
